Signs world wide makes every effort to provide a quality product at reasonable prices. However, if you are unsatisfied you may request a replacement or refund of any stock product by emailing via the "Contact Us" tab at the top of our website or by emailing info@signsworldwide.com through your preferred email software. Please note that custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

You may return the unused stock item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase; please note that the buyer pays return shipping if it is determined that the error made was not due to a Signs World Wide mistake. Please note that we may request that you email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. In an effort to reduce e-commerce fraud, Signs World Wide reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the circumstances seem suspect. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account). Please allow adequate time for the refund to process through the payment gateway.
